One signature per person, Gmail-ready. Find your name, hit Copy signature, then paste directly into Gmail → Settings → Signature. Use Copy HTML if your email client accepts raw HTML.

Install in Gmail
- Click Copy signature under your name.
- Gmail → Settings (⚙) → See all settings → General → Signature.
- Click Create new, name it, then paste (⌘V) into the editor.
- Set it as default for new emails and replies, scroll down, Save changes.
